Cookie S’mores

You can do so much better than dry graham crackers. Use our bacon cookies as a base for s’mores that are intensely flavourful and deeply comforting.
Ingredients:
- 8 Baken Bacon Cookies
- 1 chocolate milk bar or
Hershey's chocolate bar - Pinch of coarse sea salt
- 4 large marshmallows
Steps:
- Assemble the s’mores by placing 1 Baken Bacon Cookie at the bottom followed by a broken piece of chocolate and marshmallow, finish it by placing the last Baken Bacon Cookie on top.
- Microwave on low settings for 2 mins or until the marshmallows have melted.
