Cookie Butter

Compound butters are all the rage now, but making cookies spreadable is our favourite way to go.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Baken Bacon Cookies
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Baken Real Bacon Crisps, garnish
Steps:
- In a food processor, blitz the Baken Bacon cookies until fine.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Add Baken Real Bacon Crisps to garnish.
