Chocolate Covered Cookies

These no-bake cookies only require a quick dip into melted chocolate before a glorious dunk in milk!
Ingredients:
- 200g chocolate chips
- 5 Baken Bacon Cookies
- Cold milk, to serve
Steps:
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Place into the microwave on a medium heat stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Dip the Baken Bacon Cookie into the chocolate or drop into a chocolate bowl and scoop it out with a fork, lay it out on a cake rack. Leave it into the fridge for the chocolate to set.
- Serve with a cold glass of milk.
